Return Prime: Return → Revenue

I recently added Return Prime to my Shopify Store and had a few questions, which were quickly resolved via text chat. I appreciate the quick polite responses and look forward to implementing Return Prime in my business knowing that help is nearby if needed.

Easy to set up, streamlines the returns and exchanges process, and great support.

Great app and functionalities, not only this. It will help a lot when you get a lot of orders and converts better than automatic emails and manual work. Shubham was amazing in helping in setting automatic flows and custom strategies which are complex and now fully automatized. I feel my stores now will have much more potential and my customer service team much more free time, so scaling will be quicker and easier. I wish I found this app before and a special thanks to Shubham who stay on video call with me until midnight on Friday night. I can only recommend this app and the support revceived so far.
