Return Prime: Return → Revenue

We have been using Return Prime for a few days now and based on the initial usage, the app is providing everything that it has promised. It has helped a lot to automate our returns/exchange processes. We need to use it for a few months to get to a stage where we can list down a detailed pros/cons. But up until now, it has been really beneficial for us to automate our processes.

App works right out of the box and has some great features for small and big businesses with advanced needs. I contacted support and spoke with Victor about some customizations, and he was patient and able to implement my request perfectly. Great app and service for growing small and big businesses alike.

We tried most of the apps in this category and this one is the best one. It's easy to use yet provides a lot of functionalities. It also takes into account cash on delivery orders, providing an option to return the money to the customer's bank account which is a big plus for us since we have many COD payments.

It is a great application that you will need in your store, and they also have the best support team that I have ever dealt with, especially Mr. Shubham, who does an amazing job and makes your dealings with the application easy and beautiful.
