In building my store, I have added this app. It looks promising in helping solving issues with returns among many other actions. I will update later on the app and how it functions. Wonder, the wonderful agent, set it up for me super fast. It will take me a minute to understand all that this app can and will do. This to me seems to be a must have app. I will give an informed updated review at a later time.

One click reverse pickup, another click create an exchange, simple and effective. We are using this from last 90 days and the experience is WAOO.

My representative Shubham was AWESOME! He went above and beyond what was asked of him regarding the app. He also assisted me with creating order exchanges and explained the automatic inventory stock.

I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.

Works well and has very good customer service. The pricing is also very affordable as well. Highly recommend
