Return Prime has been great for our business. The app is very user friendly. Returns and exchanges have been easy to manage through the app. The support has been top notch. The live chat has been very helpful and follow up has been excellent. Would recommend this app for ecommerce businesses.
Return Prime has made managing returns and exchanges a breeze for my business. The app is super user-friendly, and the setup process was quick. My customers love how simple it is to initiate returns, and it saves us so much time. Plus, their support team is always there to help with any questions. If you’re looking for an easy way to handle returns, this is definitely the app to go for!
We have been using Return Prime for a while now and found it by far the best value for the pricing in the return solutions. We tried a few other solutions for Shopify but could not find anything that meets our requirements better.
Any support question we had always got resolved very quickly and we are super happy that it connects not only with our Shopify store but also is integrated with our mobile app.
We started using Return Prime a few months ago and has helped with customer returns. When something goes wrong I immediately ask the chat assistant and they always know what to do or help with the issue!
We’ve used Return Prime since 2023 and initially appreciated being an early supporter during its development. However, the recent experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
Despite multiple written requests to pause or resolve our plan while we finalised negotiations, our account continued to be charged significant overages in two consecutive months. This occurred knowingly, even after we highlighted the issue several times. The charges continued while we were being pushed toward higher-tier plans, effectively locking us in during active discussions.
While the team eventually introduced email notifications and offered credits as a gesture, this only happened after overage charges had already been applied. It felt like a reactive fix to an unfair billing process rather than a proactive merchant-first approach. Other Shopify apps we work with were far more cooperative and paused billing or issued credits immediately during similar plan misalignments.
The lack of transparency, refusal to refund overages, and rigid billing approach even after admitting communication shortcomings reflect poorly on the app’s service. This is especially disappointing given our long-term loyalty and contributions toward product development and feedback.
Merchants considering this app should review the usage-based pricing model carefully. What appears competitive upfront can become unexpectedly expensive, and resolving billing disputes may not be as straightforward as you’d expect from an app on the shopify platform.
