Took me a while to get everything set up but the customer service team were instantly available and did everything I needed straight away. Lots of features on this app and a great backend compared to the app we previously used so I am looking forward to using this for our business.

Return Prime was one of the first apps I installed when I set up my store 2 years ago.

I probably only use 50% of it's capabilities, but it's been rock solid. It's easy to use, no customer complaints, and no-outages, so I don't have to stress about returns or exchanges.

This is a great product. Highly recommend.
