just installed the app, very user friendly, got a few adjustments i needed to make and customer service fixed it for me in a few hours.

We just downloaded this app and already the customer support has been quick and amazing! They answered all my questions and made onboarding a breeze.

Support is super helpful and goes above and beyond to help with onboarding and setting up your store to your specifications!

We were struggling with the manual process of approving customer requests at one place and then arranging for pickup at other place. It involved lot of our time only segregating requests, understanding the issue, that's when Return Prime came to our rescue, not only it removed the manual process but also made it an easy experience for our team to manage the returns and exchanges of the orders..
The support team is also very supportive! A must have app.

We are switching to this app currently and while we initially ran into some bugs with our Shipstation integration and email notifications, the support we have received from the tech team has been phenomenal. I have never experienced such wonderful service with a software provider before.

Just installed the app and happy it does so much more for the same price as our last returns app. The support was AWESOME! Great app! Fairly easy to set up. Needed some help setting a few things up in the backend and the custumer support was super quick and very accomodating. The App seems to be working well so far. I am pleased. Would recommend.
