Return Prime: Return → Revenue

I had a call with Greeva from customer service to help me set up all of the functions we were looking to implement. She was very helpful and took me through each step to make sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service, and a great app! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We use Return Prime to manage our luxury line, which means big expectations from the design and experience to the service. The onboarding was seamless, and the set up incredibly easy. We also needed to ensure a seamless experience, so wonder woman made it all possible. Regarding handling business, the team is also here to assist, and the app works well with Returns and Exchanges requests. It's been a relief to have found Return Prime.

Amazing app and support is very helpful, they were very quick to respond and all questions were answered and all issues were resolved within few minutes. I was having hard time to find an app that can help me to manage returns and exchanges, I am very happy that I found this, it is working well for me. I highly recommend this app.

so far so good. easy to implement and customizable. cannot speak to the flow of use as we haven't had returns just yet. but will look forward to measuring the flow then.

I would recommend this app for the level of dedicated customer support I received while setting up my return process.

I just recently installed this app so I am still trying it out but so far it's pretty good. The app itself looks good not only to use but when it's integrated into your site. There are some small things where you may need to reach out to support for help on (for instance I was having trouble putting a link in for my refund policy) but their support responds quickly when online and the customer support is friendly and willing to help. I will update my review after I try it for a bit longer.
