Honestly I had another return app for 2 weeks and did'nt get nothing resolved!!!!. I deleted and down loaded this app. What took me hours and weeks with the previous app was handled within 1.5 hour with Return ship !So I'm happyyyyyyy.

We just implemented this app for our Returns process and have been very happy with it. There were some functionality issues we were having, but they were so quick to address them and fix them. Also, they have been willing to add functions for us to better service our customers.

We tried a lot apps, buts thats the one with the most automation and other individuell settings. Moreover the customer service is reachable in only seconds via live chat and the try to male everything possible. Great service and great App!
