Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. Useful app and helpful support! I have used this app for my store and during configuring faced some integration issue but the Support guy help me in meaningful way.

I installed the app and started chatting with customer service via chat. they noticed I had just signed up and reviewed my dashboard. Claire did a deep dive to make sure all items on a new account were set up and was extremely attentive and responsive when I asked many questions to make sure I understood the app. She was really helpful honestly and explained things succintly.
