Self-serve return portal that offers exchanges or bonus store credit before a cash refund.
Shoppers open a return themselves — in a portal on your store or in Shopify customer accounts — and see an exchange or store credit, with an optional bonus, before a refund to the original payment. Set your return window, eligibility, restocking fees, and labels once; an AI assistant can draft your return rules from your policy, and the portal applies them. Your dashboard shows the refund value kept as credit. Paid plans add exchanges, bonus credit, rules, labels, photos, and restock.
