Scan in Shopify POS simpelweg de artikelen waarvoor je een tegoed (cadeaubon) wilt uitgeven om ze aan de winkelwagen toe te voegen en tik vervolgens op de tegel ‘Retourneren zonder bon’. Met onze app kun je een cadeaubon uitgeven ter waarde van die artikelen.

No response to support requests
No way of attaching a customer name to the transaction
No receipt printed once gift card issued

Hi there Maze team! We see that your ticket was sent to our helpdesk spam folder. Our average response time is under 1 hour normally. Our support team has just sent you a note if you'd like further help.

We can't print receipts of the gift card directly in the app due to Shopify limitations. You can still print the gift card by pulling it up on the customer's profile in Shopify POS.

Customers definitely can be attached and we'd be happy to help with that.
