We have been using Return Bear for just over a year - and it has been wonderful. Anytime there has been an issue or problem, be it from our end, or our customers - RB is so quick to resolve it. The ReturnBear team has been amazing from our first walkthrough of their offering, to getting our return portal set up and for returns processed since then.
The software is easy to use and offers great automations to help streamline our process and make things easy for any clients needing a return or exchange. Any hiccups (rare!) are quickly responded to and addressed in a timely fashion.
Having many drop off locations available as an option vs postal returns has been fabulous.
Consolidation and return of returned items is fast and well organized.
