Return Go is a fantastic application that allows you to easily manage returns from all over the world. It is very easy to set up and allows you to choose from many types of resolution. The technical support is super efficient, responds very quickly and always tries to fulfill all the requests. Absolutely recommended!!

Will definitely recommended. The support team is responsible to all my questions and they are trying their best to help. I experience some problems with Canada Post and they will always circle back for the solution. Really really satisfied with their service and will highly recommended.

The support and features at ReturnGo surpass that of any return platform we've used to date! Incredibly, they are also the most affordable. We've been through Return Magic, Loop Returns, etc., and with the new automation capabilities through ReturnGo, they're not right in line with the big players in the game- at a price you can't beat! Support is top-notch and integration is simple and seamless.

We started our initial account with ReturnGO for our tv segments as our then returns service was lacking features we needed. We were so absolutely blown away by the outstanding level of service that we have received, that we switched our website to ReturnGO too! We have all the features we need and more. We had the absolute fortune to have Stephen as our account manager and have never received better service! We have had some odd situations arise with our Shopify/website setup, but it has never been a problem for them! The care and attention to detail that we've been given is absolutely unmatched! The 24-7 chat support is incredible and every person that I've chatted with from RTG has been helpful, kind, and knowledgeable - thanks Lian, Mike, Nikki, and more! When we had a weird issue pop up that was time sensitive and hard to figure out, both Stephen (acct manager) and Eyal (founder) went out of their way to set up calls to handle our issue.
