ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

App so far is great, simple to use and straightforward. Had a slight technical issue to start with, but it was resolved quickly.

Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that lol

I have researched all of the major returns platforms and decided to ReturnGo for our store. I couldn't be happier with the app! There are some features I've requested that the ReturnGo team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place and I'm really excited about what the app currently provides, as well as what they'll be launching in the future. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible!
Their team is so quick to respond to all of my questions, it's definitely worth scheduling a call with them when you install! Really wonderful customer service! I know several of them by name because they're so helpful :)

This is an amazing option for such an affordable price that lets us manage multiple return and exchange flows. Their team has also been incredibly helpful.

If you have more than one warehouse, this app is for you as it can return to multiple locations, which other apps are lacking. The installation is fast and easy, and the team is great.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM!! their help service is above and beyond. Syncs great with shopify. So happy we made the change.

ReturnGo has been great for us! We switched from a competitor and our plan with ReturnGo is less expensive with even more features.

Anfangs gab es einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Integration in Sendcloud und im speziellen der automatischen Sendung der shipping-labels. Aber der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und mittlerweile funktioniert alles super. Sehr übersichtlich, gutes Interface und leicht zu bedienen.

This app not only helps my customers have a positive return/exchange experience, but it takes a lot of the manual work of processing and keeping track of those orders off our plate.
