I've used this app for a while now and I can say that it really helped us alot! We have more analytics and everything works great together with shopify and our service app. Everything is easy to use and if you need help with something the customer service is on point. They keep developing and providing better features and I simply love it!

ReturnGo has helped us automate our return, repair and exchange process. Amazing customer support - they are super responsive and easy to work with. The RG team prioritizes development items when we need them and is always available for any issues/requests.

RG also helped us to create a custom warranty portal to manage our repairs processes which has been amazing. Strongly recommend this app.

Great customer service and support, very responsive and helpful. The return platform works great and has every feature you could want. We use the analytics to see how we are doing and if we need to make adjustments on an item.

The customer service of this app is superb! When I got questions that were hard to solve by myself. The customer service staff Nikki sent me a Zoom meeting link and discussed my questions through an online call. She shared her computer screen, opened my portal on her computer, and then helped me finish the setting. With her help, I am able to launch my portal very quickly. Thank you very much again, Nikki, I really appreciate your time and help, and I wish you a beautiful week ahead!!

Takes a bit of learning to figure out but it is SUPER helpful and worth it. Support is amazing about going above and beyond to make sure app does exactly what you need it to do!

What I love most about this app is the endless possibilities. Once you've got the hang of it and covered your returns preferences, you can move on to create a customer retention methods and much more.
