Brilliant app, which my client is absolutely thrilled with. Best support ever - took time to explain everything and also advised of upcoming updates. Attentive and thoughtful and extremely helpful. Highly recommended to anyone!

We're brand-new in using the app but have been VERY pleased with how easy the integration and setup has been. It's a much more robust solution than our previous solution and much better customer support! Mike, Chris, and several others responded extremely fast via chat and were super professional, helpful, and positive. Made the whole onboarding experience very enjoyable! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Very intuitive and easy to use. ReturnGo took me less than two hours to set up and I'm not a techie. The app is saving us 2-3 hours work per day so it's a great addition to our stack. Best of all, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. They're really quick to reply and they provide solutions within minutes.

I've only just added this App and it is so easy to navigate, looks like it will be very beneficial to us and our customers as it allows exchanges and updates stock. Emails go to customers efficiently with updates. Very easy to use, and the 2 problems I couldn't' navigate myself were very quickly and efficiently looked after by the customer service team. Very happy so far.

Just an update / We have been using this app now for a while and it is very reliable and has helped with seamlessly organising returns. Our customers love using it and are happy that they can now do easy exchanges. It syncs perfectly with inventory and orders and the customer service is ten out of ten. Any questions we had were answered quickly and any changes we needed were done. Very very happy with this app.

Can't recommend this app enough. Easy to set up as you can arrange a call after installing so they can talk you though the whole process. I had to use the chat for help a few times and they answered immediately and either did it for us or showed me how to do it. If all that wasn't enough to get you to download this app, we asked for an extra feature as we have 2 kinds of returns and they set the whole thing up for us outside of the normal plan we are on. And it only took a couple of days. Was having the type of day where nothing goes right and honestly, this kindness turned my week around. So get this app!

Customer support is so far so good. App exactly what we need it for and they have upgrade or updates from time to time. Chat support is always helpful and replies within a few hours.

The Returns Go App makes the process of returns, exchanges and refunds very efficient. The portal is easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I recommend this app to any business that is looking to streamline their returns process.
