I recently had the pleasure of using an app that left me thoroughly impressed with its professionalism and outstanding customer support. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Junessa, a member of the customer support team, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my journey. First and foremost, the app itself showcased a level of professionalism that is rarely seen in today's digital landscape. Its sleek design, intuitive interface, and comprehensive features immediately caught my attention. It was evident that a tremendous amount of thought and effort had been put into creating an exceptional user experience. And thank you a lot again Junessa really appreciated
We just started using this yesterday, but so far it seemed to integrate very nicely with our Shopify store and we have high hopes for this app! Can't wait to see what gets added to it in the future as business needs change and evolve. :)
We've been watching ReturnGo for almost a year, waiting for some functions to be developed. The team at ReturnGo has been very responsive and very receptive to inputs and feedbacks, even before we started using ReturnGo. There were use cases that we have that initially ReturnGo couldn't support, and the team listened and developed functions to support our use cases, and contacted us to let us know to try ReturnGo again. The wait for the developments of the functions have been well worth the wait, and we've recently switched to using ReturnGo. ReturnGo support is very responsive and very patient. The team has grown quite a bit since a year ago. It is apparent that the ReturnGo team is highly professional and tries their best to provide a very robust product and service. We also heard great things about them during a tradeshow from a Israel / US trade representative. The founder is from US, so it feels like working with a US based company. The ReturnGo app from our customer/end user perspective appears to be very intuitive to use. From our perspective, it meets and exceeds the functions that was provided by the prior returns app that we used. The app is pretty tightly integrated with Shopify. There are quite a few return app on the market that works with Shopify. ReturnGo was on our short list of app for consideration.
its an amazing automated return and exchange app giving your customer an amazing and easy exchange experience. but whats more amazing as a business owner is their customer service is beyond amazing, and their team are all synced making sure they would solve the problem. i can't recommend them enough, they are truly amazing!
We've found the returns app to be a valuable tool that simplifies our return process and enhances our efficiency. It's incredibly user-friendly, and we would recommend it to others. The help center is also quick and effective.

Ok as we all know, it is very overwhelming and exhausting trying to find the best solutions for our online stores. I was using Return Magic and since they are closing the first part of July I was tediously trying to figure out where to go next. Luckily I found these guys- ReturnGo. They give white-glove service all the way! I had 2 extensive in-depth onboarding calls that helped me customize my return portal to match my return policy. I'm absolutely thrilled that I discovered them because now I don't have to worry about this anymore. I found the best solution and it is ReturnGo- highly highly recommend! Thank you Lian! Cheers!
great app, easy to use, the team is super helpful and answers all questions on the chat right away. definitely would recommend this app.
This is an amazing app for returns. We have been working with it for over a month now, and it reduced our return by more than 15% by making the users accept store credits instead of a return. More than that, it increased returning customers as most of the users accepting store credit buy more than the credit value, and they are happy. We highly recommend it.
