Was very helpful and got the job done for me fast!
I highly recommend this app! The onboarding was very informative and the support team (especially Reyn) was extremely helpful with our inquiries. On the app itself, it's highly customizable based on our current return policies. Customizations in the UI/emails may be a little limited, but not an issue itself as we're able to change fonts and colors.
Overall, this is a great returns app with a supportive team always ready to help. To the ReturnGO team, thank you so much for making our implementation a smooth experience!

The ReturnGo Staff have been extremely helpful in getting my account set up, answering any questions I have had and working through different scenarios based on our needs. Not to mention I am saving money using this app compared to the other one I was using before, which didn't have the integration with Amazon I needed. So overall, very happy.
This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money.
I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works.
If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.
