great app !!! i would use it forever !

This month, we began transitioning from Returnly to ReturnGO. Despite this being a significant undertaking for ReturnGO, they provided us with exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and care. As for the app itself, we have encountered a few technical difficulties (which is to be expected when migrating to a new app), but their live chat assistance has been invaluable in resolving our issues. So far, so good.
Awesome returns app! Great functionality, nice price and super good support. The integrations work and it has streamlined our operation and removed much manuality. Two thumbs up!
This app has really allowed my company to simplify the returns process. I had a little trouble at first setting and understanding the parameters but the help has been great! They are always available and able to help me with any issues quickly!

סטיבן והצוות נותנים שירות ומענה מיידי לכל בעיה/בקשה, גם אם הפיצ'ר עדיין לא קיים הם עושים הכל כדי להשלים את החסר ולתת מענה. בין אם ברמת הקוד, הדרכות, תיקונים ועוד ועוד... ממליץ בחום!

Customer support is fantastic. Always available during the week 24/7 for immediate assistance. Always polite and helpful as well. Very refreshing. They will work with you until your issue is resolved to your complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!
App so far is great, simple to use and straightforward. Had a slight technical issue to start with, but it was resolved quickly.
