This app is incredible. It's saved our business tons of time and effort as it makes returns and exchanges a breeze. It's one of the core apps to keeping our returns process simple and easy.

This month, we began transitioning from Returnly to ReturnGO. Despite this being a significant undertaking for ReturnGO, they provided us with exceptional customer service, displaying professionalism and care. As for the app itself, we have encountered a few technical difficulties (which is to be expected when migrating to a new app), but their live chat assistance has been invaluable in resolving our issues. So far, so good.

Highly recommend the ReturnGO app! It is easy to use for not only our staff, but our customers who are processing the returns.

The Customer Service team have always been very responsive and are willing to help in a quick manner.

It really does make the returns process smooth with flexible options like store credit. The support to set things up and then deal with issues is outstanding.
