This has been one of the best customer experiences ever, highly recommended. The app is also working great and they personalized it for me according to my needs. Thank you so much for the great service and keep up the good work.

The app itself is great! It provides a great experience for the customer and makes it easy to manage returns. Unfortunately we were misled by the description. It does not integrate with UPS or Fedex, which is why we've given 4 out of 5 stars. To work with Fedex or UPS, you need to install Shippo or ShipStation for an additional fee, so be sure to capture that as part of your evaluation. Once this supports a direct integration with Fedex/UPS we will definitely update our rating to 5 out of 5!

I tested multiple apps (Loop, Rich Returns, Happy Returns and PostCo 360) before settling on ReturnGO. Reasons why; - Best overall value with cost as a factor

- No hidden upgrades or add-ons you have to pay for Feature rich Honestly, you can't go wrong with this, I've been trying to find the right solution for a couple of months now.

This app is exactly what we were looking for to help ease the return request/process for customers and us. The customer service is also excellent, with quick responses and the ability to setup video calls!

I just did the onboarding process, going from Returnly to ReturnGO. My first impressions are that ReturnGo is much more intuitive and user-friendly on the back-end. And the front-facing customer experience seems to be better too. Also, my onboarding specialist was AMAZING. She walked me through everything with the nicest manner and with lots of explanantion.

Not only is the app great, but the customer service has been so next level amazing that I'm shocked, and so grateful. Reyn has been so awesome helping us move over from Return Magic and get everything organised. So happy!
