the customer service is amazing! they always help right away and are so nice!! they even helped set up the whole thing for me when i couldn't figure it out :) highly recommend!!

We could not be happier using ReturnGo. The program is so user friendly for both consumers and merchants. They have simplified the process where it now takes more than half the time spent as we used to with other apps. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are, by far, one of the best apps we have ever dealt with on Shopify. We highly recommend them!!

I've tested many returns apps that did not have the capabilities that I needed but this app so far has meet all my return policies needs. The support team has been very helpful and even one representative hopped on a late night zoom call to assist me in figuring out the best way to get one complex condition set up. EXCELLENT customer service!

I've used this app for a while now and I can say that it really helped us alot! We have more analytics and everything works great together with shopify and our service app. Everything is easy to use and if you need help with something the customer service is on point. Great customer service and support, very responsive and helpful. The return platform works great and has every feature you could want. We use the analytics to see how we are doing and if we need to make adjustments on an item.

It really does make the returns process smooth with flexible options like store credit. The support to set things up and then deal with issues is outstanding.

The customer service of this app is superb! When I got questions that were hard to solve by myself. The customer service staff Nikki sent me a Zoom meeting link and discussed my questions through an online call. She shared her computer screen, opened my portal on her computer, and then helped me finish the setting. With her help, I am able to launch my portal very quickly.
