We went from processing returns manually to ReturnGO. Great improvement and support is always great.
I just did the onboarding process, going from Returnly to ReturnGO. My first impressions are that ReturnGo is much more intuitive and user-friendly on the back-end. And the front-facing customer experience seems to be better too. Also, my onboarding specialist was AMAZING. She walked me through everything with the nicest manner and with lots of explanantion.

Great experience with their CS team, specifically Lian & Junessa. So helpful & got to the root of an issue that was affecting our returns, but now it's solved! The app itself is definitely worth it as an affordable option out there.
Been using this app for a few months now, been great! customer service is brilliant, replied to me straight away and stuck with me until everything was how I wanted it!
ReturnGo is a magnificent APP....what I most like about it is that there are multiple features that I can activate on need. Things like blocking items for returns, having separate # of return days for money returns and exchanges, giving my customers store credit, and many more. I also noticed that the team is constantly improving the tool and adding new features. But my #1 comment is that the support team, specially Eyal, works shoulder to shoulder with us to setup and improve the portal. Service is the icing on the cake and ReturnGo definitely knows how to do it well.
Easily the most user & budget friendly return app we have used. Their customer support is A+! Highly recommend.
Junessa helped me get the app integrated quickly. Amazing how much control you have over the process!
