We've tested the most popular app and the RETURNGO is definitely the BEST. it gives the option to split btwn US and international rules, it gives the option to select ether store credit / refund / exchange. i wish we'd discovered this app months ago it would have save us a lot of time and money. highly recommended and can't wait for all the next great features their working on.

This app is the perfect return and exchange app. Lian was so so helpful setting this all up! He was so patient. Hopped on a zoom call whenever I needed help setting up. We started with ReturnGo a while ago and actually switched to Ecoship because of their AI solutions. Well, after about 6 requests to Ecoship customer service, I decided to switch back. This time, I actually used their customer support, which I must say is outstanding. They helped me set up the process for both of my Shopify stores and have answered questions and helped with integrations with other apps. Now that the app is set up correctly (the initial setup was actually our fault), I am very happy..
There is no comparison between the two apps and the customer support is amazing. If you have the choice, just use ReturnGo and make your life easier.
