I have nothing but positive notes from our experience with ReturnGo, especially transitioning from our old platform Returnly to ReturnGo.
The team, especially our onboarding agent Junessa was accommodating, responsive, immensely helpful with the best energy throughout our transition to ReturnGo.

I just did the onboarding process, going from Returnly to ReturnGO. My first impressions are that ReturnGo is much more intuitive and user-friendly on the back-end. And the front-facing customer experience seems to be better too. Also, my onboarding specialist was AMAZING. She walked me through everything with the nicest manner and with lots of explanantion.

Great experience with their CS team, specifically Lian & Junessa. So helpful & got to the root of an issue that was affecting our returns, but now it's solved! The app itself is definitely worth it as an affordable option out there.
