its an amazing automated return and exchange app giving your customer an amazing and easy exchange experience. but whats more amazing as a business owner is their customer service is beyond amazing, and their team are all synced making sure they would solve the problem. i can't recommend them enough, they are truly amazing!

Ok as we all know, it is very overwhelming and exhausting trying to find the best solutions for our online stores. I was using Return Magic and since they are closing the first part of July I was tediously trying to figure out where to go next. Luckily I found these guys- ReturnGo. They give white-glove service all the way! I had 2 extensive in-depth onboarding calls that helped me customize my return portal to match my return policy. This is an amazing app for returns. We have been working with it for over a month now, and it reduced our return by more than 15% by making the users accept store credits instead of a return. More than that, it increased returning customers as most of the users accepting store credit buy more than the credit value, and they are happy. We highly recommend it.

Had some difficulty setting up the App but a customer service member names Junessa invited me to a zoom call and she set up every little detail for me. She was brilliant.

First off, never seen such awesome customer support team on any app before. Kudos to the team - every single one (most recent Junessa)! Now on a technical and operational side, this APP is genius, and makes all exchanges seamless for both sellers and customers... this review is being written after 10 months of actually operating with the app so rest assured this is SOLID! Keep it going guys, hopefully one day people can select exchanges within the portal itself... nonetheless, this is 110% perfect AS IS! Thank you! ✌✨
