ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

We use this app to help with customer returns and it is by far the best out of several we have tried. The developers are quick to answer questions and also have implanted changes that we requested. A+

ReturnGo is extremely simple to configured. It's integrated with commonly used Shipping App's that saved me a lot of time. Their support team is execellent - they always alwyas get back to you quickly.

ReturnGo has been pretty awesome to work with! We made MANY requests when making the jump to the new portal to fit our needs and they did their best to make it happen or help with an alternative solution! Their Customer Service is the BOMB!! SOO Very Helpful! We are so happy so far!!

Excellent app to organise all your returns and exchanges. Makes the process easy for the customer as well as for the store managers. Fantastic support, always ready to help (do these people ever sleep?). The returns solution is a must for any serious ecommerce store owner. Saves tons of time. Highly recommended.

It really does make the returns process smooth with flexible options like store credit. The support to set things up and then deal with issues is outstanding.
