ReturnGO has honestly made a huge difference to our returns process. It was super easy to set up and get running, and the dashboard is really straightforward to use.
The support team has also been amazing, quick to reply, friendly, and always helpful whenever we’ve had a question or needed help with something.

We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.
Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift ...
We've had consistently great experiences with Return Go. The customer service team is always responsive, helpful, and efficient. Issues are resolved quickly and communication is clear. It’s reassuring to know that any problems are handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend based on the quality of support alone!
