AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

We tried onboarding with Loop and AfterShip at the same time, and AfterShip offered the better customer support and out-the-box functionality by far. So many great features and a very competitive price.

Setup was pretty complex but support helped us out all the way through.
After 2 weeks of tweaking, we are happy with the finished product.

This was great! I tried using Loop and they were missing so many features it was really tough to use. I set this up in a day and is a no brainer. I highly recommend.

Karan was able to solve my issue by jumping on a video chat with me. I appreciated his assistance.

Great customer Service. I reached out via chat and got some really good information but still i needed more help and they offered to get on a Zoom meeting with me to identify the issue.
