Easy setup, quick response from customer support. My team is very happy to manage returns now. Before it was mess. :)
Doesn't allow you to change the email template that autosends to your customer. This is a huge deal. I don't want just anything sent to my customers. Please fix this and we will change our rating.

I'm still figuring out how it works step-by-step and feels not that difficult to do so far. Obviously, the support chat service is awesome. The response was fast and good.
