horrible. 3 days of trying to get my card to work so I can simply buy labels and 5 different customer service reps saying "we are working on it" or "its fixed now try it" over and over and of course it doesnt work.

This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.
So, I gave Sanjeet a run for his money today. I have to say he worked tirelessly to help me. He managed to fix the problem, with great communication!. Well Done Sanjeet! An asset To the company!

Moazzam, was amazing. He helped me figure out how to setup and complete returns for our Shopify store. It made things so much easier and he saved me a lot of time!

This is a user-friendly software
Please add the ability to edit already rejected returns. If you accidentally reject a return there is no way to go back unless you clear the entire customer database which really is not the best solution.
