Excellent Customer Services - Yet to use App but customer services is instant and offered 14 days Trial
I am really liking the Aftership app!
Customer service is great as well. I recommend this app to anyone looking for a returns ans exchanges app as well as tracking.
Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.
so far so good. easy to set up. great document. I wish I don't have to be forced to review when I choose free plan and haven't got time to test it out yet!
Moazzam, was amazing. He helped me figure out how to setup and complete returns for our Shopify store. It made things so much easier and he saved me a lot of time!
So, I gave Sanjeet a run for his money today. I have to say he worked tirelessly to help me. He managed to fix the problem, with great communication!. Well Done Sanjeet! An asset To the company!
There is some room for improvement, but overall an amazing asset for our shop!
(if exchanging an item, for example, I would love for my current inventory to show up for the customer to pick from)
I love the premise of the app, having a little bit of difficulty figuring it out but the support system is super quick!

it seems pretty straight forward. just downloaded and im looking forward to putting the app to use.
I do not like that Postmen can not be integrated with Stamp.com I have not used the app fully to give it a solid review. I am just starting out.
