This app has absolutely revolutionized our returns process. Rather than going through the back and forth via email, this app streamlines the entire process. I've already recommended AfterShip Returns Center to other e-commerce companies that I know. Thank you!

Unfortunately the app can't translate properly to danish. It has some large translation issues. Otherwise it works great, but we can't use it because of the translation issues.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't find the translation correct. I would like to inform you that we are picking the transliteration from Google translator.
We've already started working hard to correct the translations and once it will be done, we'll update you too.

One of the easiest returns apps to set-up and also has a very clear, clean look to it. Great basic functionality for returns. I hope in the future they also bring in some AI logic and rules to encourage exchanges and credits. That would be next level.
