The customer support helped me incredibly well and they have a very fast service. I will stick with them!

I didn't feel the support system was very helpful. They seemed impatient with my questions. I also am disappointed that there is not a way to bundle your charges into one charge per month.

We use this APP to handle automatic returns, which is very useful. The customer service responded promptly and very patiently.

I think this app will be beneficial in the future because I am selling clothes and returns will happen. Customer service is great. They have been very helpful.

I put in the return address in the return address section, but customer still get emails list this:

Fairly easy to set up - a few things weren't immediately obvious but were resolved quickly. This will make the returns process much easier!

Just installed the app and it was pretty straight forward. Would be very interested to see how our first return goes through the app, but so far so good
