AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

This does what it says I will continue to use this app for my sales.

I have been chatting with Abhishek from Returns center on various return settings that we need for our business and he has been super helpful in helping me setup.

Easy to use and easy to set up.

So far this app has been superb, still learning how to use it, the support is excellent. Great to have a "Returns Page" the customers can navigate themselves.

Useless Customer Support cannot provide any help with the issue. This doesn't allow us to provide the customer with the return label for 2 months. I even talked to their supervisor over the phone and got nothing! Our business struggles just because Aftership doesn't care about their long-term customers. They also ignore me in chat for the whole months already. We will switch to another tool.

very userfriendly dashboard...no complaints from me...especially for its price

AfterShip Returns Center is an amazing application. I only recently started using it, but it's been amazing so far! It makes the return process for items very simple for customers to use and helps keep track of all your returns in a single place. You can fully customize your return policies and even use your own domain name if you chose to set it up. I can't see every having done returns without it.

Aftership is great. They provided me with a great page and made things easier for me and my customers i reccomend this app to everyone with a store
