This app is indeed easy to use but to suddenly block us from using the app and with the reason that we didn't pay for the user seat is nonsensical and completely unethical. You can't just decide to block app subscribers and change the pricing plan as and when you like. It is unfair, like forcing people to pay against their will. Please please reconsider before installing the app and then getting trapped in it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our system has recently introduced multi-membership that allows you to run your store by inviting members to your organization. Each member can log in with their own account. If you try to log in with different email addresses, our system may reckon that there are from different new member to your organization. And this might be where your disruption come from.

Our system charge subscription fee for additional members in an organization. While you can choose a plan for multi-seats that is suitable for your business. If you don’t need multi seats, you can always log in to the system with ONE email. But please be aware that only one single login is allowed at the same time.

Please check your organization's member settings at "https://organization.automizely.com/members".

FREAKIN AWESOME! It is a powerful thing to be able to offer RETURNS right from my Shopify Store and it is so easy for the customer to use as well! Really cuts down your time on the phone or e-mailing customers back about issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Little bir easy to set up, but works perfectly.

The comment from a frustrated customer... This app is absolutely ridiculous that they dont write a clear pricing plan and full plan comparison inside their app dashboard but just ask you to upgrade the plan. But once you upgraded the plan, you will find that even a basic feature like green return for a refund to customer need you to pick the pro plan which cost >$100 monthly. There are way more better return center app in shopify market than this one

Easy to setup, and a must have app. Simplified our returns process, hands down the best return app I have personally tested.

This is a quality app and does everything I asked of it. If it had a bit better of a UI, it would be 5 stars. Edit: Support is amazing—fast and efficient work.

Overall, this is a great app which allows you to add a fully functioning returns centre to your website. It works simply but is effective. We get a high level of returns being in plus size fashion, and this has cut down customer contact around the process which is fab.

In the future it would be great if this was more customisable however.

1. The ability to add branding such as logo to the returns info page
2. The ability to amend and customise (the text at minimum) on the emails sent out to customers.
3. The ability to customise the url to one which is in the stores domain, rather than an aftership url.

At the moment it suits us as it is, however long term we will have to stop using the app because of the lack of customisation as it portrays a small brand image I feel.

However as a free app you dont get much better so thank you.
