Very easy app to work with. Simple workflow!
Would have loved to have a customization option for the email that are sent to customer.

Horrible app!!!
They Added features after the initial install and billed for things we never signed up for. Sketchy and confusing interface after conversion from original app. Moving on to something else.

Way To Go! AfterShip Returns Center makes your Return Policy execution so easy. The app reduces lots of headache and effort. It is a "MUST HAVE" in all stores. The returns are automatic and easy, spontaneous. Very Good App! My recommendation: GO FOR IT!

In the process of setting everything up and having great customer support so far.
Great documentation, but also human help if needed. Looking forward to using the app in the future.

I was courteously helped by Pawan, He helped with questions regarding the return methods. I was able to further better my knowledge to help out customers with their returns.

Very useful app. Perfect timing as well. Wouldn't know how to even begin to start a return form for my customers if it wasn't for this app!!!

Have been running this app for a couple weeks now. No issues, fairly streamlined. The only suggestion we have is to add an option for customs docs. All of our returns come back to Canada (From the US) and require custom documentation - would be helpful for the app to generate this or at least allow you to upload a second file for customs docs.

So far so good. But our customers keep sending the emails about "Add Tracking"-a page comes up with some errors, so they can't add a tracking number. Other than that, this app is absolutely convenient for both customer and us.

The app is easy to use and I would not have minded paying something for it. But the price point you guys are asking for is really unrealistic. I guess you are probably counting on the - most likely - many shopify users who will not pay attention and just update to the new version not realizing that they will actually start paying in 14 days time. I think you should re-evaluate. 5 euros for up to 20 returns ok. but not what you want to charge!!!
