So far so good! It was super easy to set up and put a link directly on my website. I have no doubt that it will make my customer's life easier should they ever need to make a return. And best of all - its free!

Haven't used app in action much yet, but the customer support is great! very fast to respond and can walk you through anything you need. very much appreciated

I used this app to help me organize and keep track of my returns. It does great for offering prepaid labels but I wish it would allow me to change a status, like when a customer has already asked for a refund to original payment but would like to change it to a store credit.

1. Would be good if this was linked to original order so shows on order page as returned.

2. Could do with a manual returns page so a return can be set up by seller for customer (So customer service can do it if customer phones up)

Apart from that pretty good app

Very convenient. Makes the whole process of returns much more streamlined and efficient. Also great from a data collection perspective.

Good tool. Will receive 5 stars when I'm able to edit the canned email being sent right before sending it. I need to be able to quickly include the link to the shipping return label generated through Amazon.
