Easy to set up. We haven't had any returns through it yet, but it looks like it will work well for that process. Thanks for making it easy to us and set up!

Very nice support and customer service, but a bit complicated some of the setup in the app. But easy to use.

Just installed it but it was quick and easy to set up. CS was helpful too! Only 4 stars because I haven't yet had customers use it.

Setting up the app was a bit of a pain, but customer service has been helpful. You have to pay an extra $5/mo for each additional profile, but the price is still reasonable. Haven't really used the app at all yet, but I was asked to leave a review, so...
