Every time we try to approve a return it says network error. We would like to be able to automatically approve all returns.

To enable automatic return approval, you can go to Settings > Returns methods, and turn on "auto approve". You can also set zones or routing rules.

The description looks great, but after spening a lot of time trying to make it work I discovered that a lot of things have to be done manually. Even the stock of the returned items has to be changed manually!! You do not see any of the return information in the original order. So there is no integration with Shopify that will help you make returns easier.

This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.

Have not fully launched store but o far so good
Just started to trial Return Center along with Aftership and Postmen. Looks very promising, will continue to trial and if everything goes as planned we will definitly be investing in these awesome apps making our customers return process smooth. Great customer support as well.
