Be aware. You need to pay $120 yearly for just SSL. Otherwise, your website will shows "Not secure" next to your URL. Really don't get why they charge for this. You have to pay 12 months at once for SSL. (Many other apps on Shopify does not charge for SSL). Nowhere to mention on the description also how would I want to pay 12 months at once before I even know your app is good or not?

I'm glad I have this app to create a returns center and make it an easier process for my company. However, the process of creating the site itself and inserting the URL into your site is confusing. I had to contact Shopify Support to help me.
This app is unbelievably easy to get up and running. The help team send quick links & the site's UI is great. No problems to get it working and customised. I'm excited to see how it all works. Integrated with the Postmen app and am sure it's going to delight my customers.
I was happy I can customize the return apps. User friendly and lots of features. Awesome customer service!
A bit difficult to learn at first, however it is the best option for automated returns in the US in my opinion.

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered.
