Really good service and really good app, much recommended to others who are interested in a good return page!

I just started using this app and I found may way around it right away,. It's pretty easy and straight forward. And as soon as I had a question, there was someone to answer my questions in the chat box.
It would be great if we could crop/move the hero picture of the return page when we customize it. Other than that, it's pretty good!

Very prompt, friendly and helpful service on supporting set up. Seems to be quite an intuitive process to set up and brand to match my store.

Has pretty much all of the features you need from a returns solution. We've been looking at them as we want to consolidate returns of multiple stores in one setup. Great support when setting this up

Really good so far. I was about to create a custom solution to handling returns on my apparel website and came across this app. It even lets me use my own return labels, and supports multiple returns per order.

Looks good. I am a new user. I am still trying to figure out how it works. Some options like customize the returns are useful.

Support team left me on read.
Not possible to find orders where customers left a phone number instead of an email address.
Won't upload high quality imagery, only let's you use low quality pictures:(((((
