Customer service was great! Glad that the app is adding new features to the platform. Return Center has been very useful and easy to use in resolving customer service issues.

Returns Center is very user-friendly, easy for customers to manage, and wonderful if you are needing a more customizable tool. Support is wonderful, whether it comes to troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new ideas and add ons, or just listening to feedback and tools that could make Returns Center even better!

It was my first try and I get wrong and I use a real purchase in the shopify store. It happens then that I could not erase the entrance used for "playing" with the app.
Please include a check box to delete error entrances.

AfterShip staff is great. Very responsive to suggestions and feedback. Great way to track your returns and communicate with customers.
