I had some difficulty with one of the features not being available, but customer support and Ankush in particular were very helpful in resolving the issue. Highly recommend, excellent customer support.

We've been using AfterShip Returns for years now and not only is the program great, but the customer service is truly amazing! Debashish was able to help me with an issue really quickly and professionally. This has been a great addition to our website and programs and would recommend to anyone looking for a returns program!

This app really helps me manage all of the returns I get. From an organization and automation standpoint it really helps. I do wish there was more visibility into how much I'm paying for the returns and the ability to charge customers for a return label.
