I really love how this app centralizes all our return management efforts, and we can just have users email us directly through this app.

I have been using AfterShip Returns for years on several online shops, and I'm fully happy with it. It's easy to configure, and offers a very professional experience to customers for returns, despite I didn't use all their features as of now. I strongly recommend it!

This app really helps me manage all of the returns I get. From an organization and automation standpoint it really helps. I do wish there was more visibility into how much I'm paying for the returns and the ability to charge customers for a return label.

This app has helped me streamline my returns process. I recently was having an issue setting up the returns labels and support was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I have had numerous questions here and there, and they are always very helpful. Would recommend.
