This app really helps me manage all of the returns I get. From an organization and automation standpoint it really helps. I do wish there was more visibility into how much I'm paying for the returns and the ability to charge customers for a return label.

This app has helped me streamline my returns process. I recently was having an issue setting up the returns labels and support was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I have had numerous questions here and there, and they are always very helpful. Would recommend.

They are extremely helpful and friendly if you have any questions about anything via chat. I was having a problem with the system generating a return label and they fixed it right away.

Great app and great customer support. Only feedback would be to have AfterShip and Returns Centre be a bit more of a seamless experience. But apart from that, really powerful

Customer service was great! Glad that the app is adding new features to the platform. Return Center has been very useful and easy to use in resolving customer service issues.
