We have used AfterShip for about 4 years now. We use both the tracking side and the returns side of it. It has grown with our business and made it easy for us to move up in prices. Would recommend.

Great app to sort out all your returns process and procedures. The app covers everything from Returns Policy to Instructions for the customer on how to return the product. Highly recommended if you want a streamlined returns process.
App was also very easy to install.

I use the app to automate my returns process. The customer service was extremely helpful. This is one part of my store that it is automated and let's me focus on soemthign else.
