The AfterShip Returns Center app has streamlined the way we accept returns here at Bourge Design. Return requests have always been a hassle, sifting through emails and order numbers, back and forth communication with the customer about the return policy, etc. With Aftership, all of the problems we had in the past have gone away. We now have a single unified place where we can track requests, send instructions, and not have to worry about the hassle of informing customers of our returns policy. And to top it all off, it's free! Highly recommend this app to those who want a solid and structured returns center for their e- commerce site. It certainly has helped us out quite a bit.

Great app for handling all returns and exchanges. And very fast support when needed. Had problems with some settings and they help me very fast. Even on a Sunday.

Easy to set up and use. definitely recommend. It would be nice if the app sent an email to inform me of a return started by a customer.
