Overall, really easy to navigate and learn if new to it. Have been using it for over a year now and don't often run into any issues at all. Had some issues with it just now (page not loading) and got some help from Priyanka - was super speedy with responses and helped resolve it swiftly

The interface is a bit complicated regarding the settings but support was very fast and helpful. We are happy to be using this app, it gets the returns done!

Nalinee was very helpful in assisting with my Returns Center inquiry. I was having issues with one of the return options and he help me break it down and provided screenshots and instructions on the options I had to fix the problem

This app is easy to use and makes it easier for customers to request returns! The design of the app, both front end and back end, is nice looking and their features and pricing are competitive. I would highly recommend. Makes our small brand look professional and approachable. Their customer support is also great!
