Great app, use it daily for exchanges and returns. Would like a few additions to make it easier to view which items are coming back for return to notify my customers more easily.

Aditya, the rep, got on it right away looking into the problem. He was relentless at getting to the bottom of this.
In a matter of an hour, he contacted me and gave me the good news!
