I use the Aftership tracking app and am very happy with it so I was inclined to add this app without hesitation once it came out. It solves a major pain point for me - managing returns.

I installed it last week after making some minor changes to the default text. So far I've had no issues with it. Aftership has been very receptive to my suggestions on how it could be improved from a branding perspective.

I recommend this app.

I recently used AfterShip support regarding the translations. The agent was were very helpful and made it easy for me to understand the status of product road map. I also appreciated that they removed their branding from the tracking page, which made it look more professional. Overall, I had a great experience with AfterShip and would definitely recommend their service to others.

I rate the 5 stars for Samad the Customer service rep not the app. The app itself not so user friendly but Samad helped a great deal.

We have been using Aftership's Returnscenter solution for a year. The solution offers very good settings for returns also to different warehouses depending on return reasons. The integration to create own return labels (with own contracts) via Afterships Postmen is very strong and saves us immensely time. Also worth mentioning is the support, which is available at any time via chat.

Great application, very nicely integrated with Shopify. Makes returns both for us and our customers frictionless and easy.
